Roles and Responsibilities:
Interns day to day roles and responsibilities include the following:
· Reading and analyzing the given cases.
· Doing research work on ongoing cases.
· Drafting complaint, reply notice, and will.
· Reading cases and other material helpful for supporting the cases.
· Attend meetings with clients and provide any useful assistance in the case wherever possible.
Working Environment:
The working environment is highly exuberant. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not only can one approach Abhijit sir but anyone in the office in case of difficulty. There is no work pressure but only opportunities to learn.
Overall Experience:
The overall experience was very good. My main tasks included reading cases, drafting complaints, drafting reply notices, and case analysis. My drafting and research skills improved a lot. Abhijit sir made me understand the importance of practical knowledge and why internship exposure is mandatory. It was a great interning with him. He explained that there is a wide difference between practical and theoretical knowledge and this gap can be met by building a bridge and also that Why reading and analyzing are important. I underwent tremendous learning. I was also taught why is it important to be patient, calm, and witty at the same time. I was indulged in research work on various cases and assisting sir in current cases.
